Check out KC complaining about their new chips cards and tables!

Okay, okay, okay!!! While we always appreciate the feedback, positive or negative, this thread seems to be getting hostile! Let me explain some points. First off, our new sponsor Titan Poker, helped to pay for a lot of our new equipment. We where given a choice of what colors would equal what denominations, but we had no other say in the style of chips! Unfortunately the 100's and the 1000's do look similar. A good way to fix this problem it to call your bet when you put your money out, that way if you throw a 1000 instead of a 100 you can exchange them out. The hosts are still getting used to the chips as well, and as many of you know the lighting in some of the bars is not as bright as we might like. We were also told that the new chip logos would be lasered on...not stickered. Now granted these stickers are much better than the old chips, but we were mislead as was our sponsor! The cards fall into the same catagory. Many of you liked the copag cards (as did we the hosts!!), but complained that they were too small. So we got new cards...again 100% plastic (like copags), but not nearly the quality that we've all become acustom to, and they're bigger. Now people aren't as happy with them. All we can say is, we're sorry the new equipment isn't as great as we had hoped. But for now that's all we'll be using. We hope everyone can get used to everything, and if the cards are wearing down let the host know so that they can exchange them for a new deck!! We're sorry many of you aren't happy with all the new equipment, but you do have to admit the chips are WAY cooler looking!!!!

Wow and I thought Topeka players complained alot. You KC players are even bigger whiners! Be glad you got new chips and tables and cards. Topeka has been stuck with the same old broken crap since the begining. Tables that are falling apart. Marked cards and chips that have never changed.
