Last night " I'm to right of dealer.  Blinds are 500 and 1000.  I'm not short stack but close to it with 7000.

I get Big Slick OS. First to act calls. Folds around to me and I go all in thinking I need to get chips in the next couple of hands to have any shot at all of winning since there are still two tables left.  Dealer folds.  Small blind thinks for the longest time and then says, "These are my favorite cards.  I can't fold them," and calls me for most of her stack.  Raiser folds and we flip them up.

 She has 7-9 os.

Of course the 7 pairs and neither my K or A do and she knocks me out.  It gets worse.

Then when I went back over to the table to see how a friend of mine was holding up she tells me what a bad call I had made a few hands before she knocked me off.  I simply said it wasn't the first bad call I've ever made and it wouldn't be the last and let it go at that.  WOW!  (The fact is the guy to her left had told her I made a bad call. She didn't figure it out herself.)

What I wanted to say was "I've made a TON of bad calls in my life lady and I'll make a TON more before I die but I have never called an all in at those odds with 7-9",  but some things are better left unsaid.
